a. All permanent required off-street parking and vehicle sales spaces shall be properly drained and surfaced.
A proper surface shall consist of concrete, asphalt, or similar smooth material.
b. Off-street parking areas shall be maintained in proper repair, free of potholes, pavement separation or
other surface or curbing deterioration, indistinguishable striping or directional arrows where required,
and missing but required signage and indistinguishable handicapped space designations.
