Text

The following standards shall apply to mobile kitchens operating more than once per quarter: a. Mobile Kitchens shall be allowed by Special Use approval in areas zoned CBD, C-1, C-2, HC-Retail and HC- Auto. b. Mobile Kitchens must be integrated with a bar, brewpub, and/or restaurant that is legally in existence and meets all City, County, and State requirements. c. Mobile Kitchens must be kept in an area that is enclosed on a minimum of three (3) sides by a minimum six (6) foot high structure attached to the primary building. Materials and design shall be approved by the Planning and Development Director. d. All Mobile Kitchens must use utilities provided by the primary building that they are associated with.
