1102.01. Authority
1. The “City of Duluth Official Zoning Map” may be amended from time to time by the City Council, but no
map amendment (i.e., rezoning) or special use approval shall become effective unless it shall have been
first submitted to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
2. Procedures for approval of special exceptions and variances are found in Article 12, Appeals.
3. Amendments to the text of this Development Code are addressed in Article 13, Administration and
Enforcement.
