Pursuant to authority conferred by the Constitution of Georgia, and for the purposes of promoting the health,
safety, convenience, order, prosperity and the general welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the City of
Duluth, Georgia, this Development Code is adopted as contained and detailed herein.
