**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Pursuant to authority conferred by the Constitution of Georgia, and for the purposes of promoting the health,
safety, convenience, order, prosperity and the general welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the City of
Duluth, Georgia, this Development Code is adopted as contained and detailed herein.
