Text
1. Streets shall either directly align or have off sets of a minimum of 125 feet for residential subdivision
streets and a minimum of 200 feet for non-residential subdivision streets, as measured between
centerlines of said streets, unless approved by the Planning and Development Department due to unusual
topographic conditions or property configuration.
2. All major thoroughfares shall provide off sets as required by the Planning and Development Department,
where alignment is not desirable or feasible, but in no case be spaced less than 600 feet apart as
measured between centerlines of said streets.
3. Overlapping left turns are not permitted
