903.01. Zoning Requirements 1. Whenever there is a discrepancy between minimum standards or dimensions required herein and those contained in Article 2 of this Development Code, building codes, or other official regulations, the most restrictive shall apply. 2. In those instances where the required right-of-way width or roadway improvements have been established as a condition of zoning approval, the requirements of the zoning condition shall control whether more or less restrictive than the requirements of this Article. 3. Building setback lines shall at least conform to the minimum yard requirements of Article 2. Building setback lines along all public streets shall be no less than the front yard setback required on the property by the applicable zoning district in Article 2.
