a. Residential subdivisions shall provide for landscape plantings on-site as follows: 1. In a Landscape Strip at least 10 feet in width adjacent to any street right-of-way abutting the property and running the length of the entire property frontage; 2. In no-access easements that are required to be provided by this Development Code along the line of double frontage lots abutting upon a major thoroughfare; 3. As required to meet buffering standards; 4. As required to meet tree canopy cover; and 5. As required by a condition of zoning, special use or variance approval.
