Text
a. No-access easements which are required to be provided and recorded by this Development Code, or as a
condition of zoning, special use or variance approval, shall be screened as follows:
1. Planted with a single line of evergreen trees or shrubs; or,
2. Contain a solid or decorative fence; or,
3. Contain such other landscaping treatments or grade changes which will produce a partial
screening effect as authorized by the Planning and Development Director.
