Development whose duties shall include rendering interpretations as to the requirements of this Article, issuing permits, inspecting signs (both existing and installed) under the provisions of this Article, and enforcing all provisions of this Article. b. All questions arising in connection with the administration and enforcement of this Article shall be presented first to the Planning Department and then to the Zoning Board of Appeals on appeal of a decision from the Planning and Development Director, subject to applicable provisions of this Article. c. A sign permit may be revoked by the Planning and Development Director, or his/her designee, if it is found not to be in compliance with this Article due to intentional misinformation, misrepresentation, or significant errors on the sign permit application. d. Issuance of a sign permit in no way prevents the Planning and Development Director, or his/her designee, from later declaring the sign to be non-conforming or unlawful if upon further review of available information the sign is found not to comply with the requirements of this Article.
