Text
a. No sign more than 3 feet in height shall be erected within 30 feet of an intersection with a public or
private street, private drive or other access point, or otherwise interfere with traffic movement and
visibility.
b. Such visibility clearance area shall be established as the triangular area formed by the street right-of-way
lines (or such lines extended to their intersection) and a line connecting such right-of-way lines at points
30 feet from the intersection of the right-of-way lines, or within 30 feet of the intersection of a street
right-of-way line and the edge of a driveway.
