a. For the purpose of determining number of signs, a single sign shall be considered to be a single sign
structure, display surface or display device containing the sign copy (as defined in this Development Code)
or other elements organized, related, and composed to form a unit.
b. Refer to the definition of “sign face” and “sign copy” for additional information.
