Land inside these city limits is governed by Duluth's own code and boards. A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is not proof of being inside them — most such addresses fall in unincorporated Gwinnett.

Conservation subdivisions, as defined herein, are allowed in the RA-200, R-100, R-75, and R-50 zoning districts
provided that a conservation subdivision concept plan has been approved by City Council at the time of the
rezoning of the property and by staff as part of the development review process for properties zoned RA-200, R-
100, R-75, or R-50 as of the effective date of this Development Code.
