Text
a. Off-street truck loading areas shall be set back from the front property line by at least 10 feet. An
additional 10-foot setback from any buffer required along a side or rear property line shall also be
maintained.
b. The required setback area between the front property line and the truck loading area shall be used for
landscaping and/or screening as required by the applicable provisions of the Buffers, Landscaping and
Tree Protection Article of this Development Code.
