a. Merchandise or goods on display outdoors must be located at least 20 feet from any property line, with
the exception that vending machines, boxes or similar containers described under 347.01 above shall be
located against and parallel to the building facade.
b. The proposed display of propane cylinders is subject to review and approval by the Gwinnett County Fire
Department.
c.
Any area outside of a building where merchandise or goods are displayed for customer selection or direct
sale but which is permanently screened by an opaque imitation-wood vinyl fence or free-standing wall at
least 6 feet in height or a landscape buffer meeting the standards of the Landscaping, Buffers and Tree
Protection Article of this Development Code shall not be considered an outdoor display area.
