The following merchandise or goods may be located in outdoor display areas on a permanent basis (where the use
is otherwise permitted) subject to the requirements of Section 348 below:
a. Motorized vehicles that are in good running condition free from exterior damage or substantial wear.
b. Manufactured homes.
c.
Utility sheds, gazebos and play equipment.
d. Plant nursery items.
e. Vending machines, boxes or similar containers used to distribute food or beverage, newspapers, propane
tanks, ice, videos or similar consumer products.
