Land inside these city limits is governed by Duluth's own code and boards. A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is not proof of being inside them — most such addresses fall in unincorporated Gwinnett.

Text
The following shall be exempt from this Code Section:
a. Any wireless facilities and support structures under 70 feet in total height and
owned and operated by an amateur radio operator licensed by the Federal
Communications Commission.
b. Any wireless facilities or support structures located on property owned, leased
or otherwise controlled by the City of Duluth, provided a license or lease
authorizing a wireless telecommunications facility has been approved by the
governing body.
c.
Any wireless facilities and support structures for which a permit has been
properly issued prior to the effective date of this Code (and is current and not expired), with the
exception that any modifications or collocation proposed after issuance of the initial permit shall be
reviewed and processed in accordance with this Code Section.
