a. The site shall be a minimum size of 2 acres.
b. Structures are placed not less than 50 feet from any property line.
c.
The structures are enclosed by a woven fence of wire at least 8 feet high or enclosed as approved by the
City of Duluth.
d. The lots are suitably landscaped, including a buffer strip at least 10 feet wide along the side and rear
property lines, but not extending into the required front yard and planted with evergreen trees and
shrubs that grow at least 8 feet tall and prove an effective visual screen.
e. No vehicles or equipment are to be stored on the premises.
