a. Ground mounted mechanical, HVAC and similar equipment shall be screened on all sides by dense
landscaping or walls constructed of the principal material of the building and located so as not to be
visible from the public right-of-way and adjacent properties.
b. Roof mounted mechanical units or utility equipment shall be screened from the public right-of-way and
adjacent property. The method of screening shall be integrated with the structure in terms of its
architectural form, materials, color, shape and size.
