Land inside these city limits is governed by Duluth's own code and boards. A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is not proof of being inside them — most such addresses fall in unincorporated Gwinnett.

The purpose of the RD District is to provide an environment for research, education, office and light industrial uses,
all of a non-nuisance type. The district shall be comprised of lands that are located on or have ready access to a
major thoroughfare.
