1. The Planning and Development Director will forward the executed deeds for the streets, lands and easements as well as the Development Performance and Maintenance Agreement and documents required under Section 1128, to the City Council for approval. 2. Once the final subdivision plat has been certified and the City Council approvals have been granted, it shall be recorded by the applicant, with the Planning and Development Director’s approval, with the Clerk of the Superior Court. 3. Once recorded by the applicant, one copy of the recorded plat shall be filed by the applicant with the records of the Planning and Development Department, showing the map book, volume and page numbers where the plat is recorded.
