Text
For any structure for which on-site sewage disposal will be provided, a permit issued by the Health Department
shall be required prior to issuance of a building permit. Said permit may first require approval by the Gwinnett
County Health Department of a plan showing the location of the sewage disposal system and other site
improvements, in accordance with their regulations.
