Text
1. The Planning Commission shall hold a public meeting
to consider the application after adequate public
notice of the meeting has been given.
2. The City shall give notice of such public meeting and
the application to be considered by providing notice
of the meeting in the same manner as required for
public hearings under Section 1103.04.
3. After hearing comments from all interested parties,
the Planning Commission shall have 30 days within
which to submit its recommendation, unless
extended upon request of the applicant and the
approval of the Planning Commission. If the Planning
Commission fails to submit a recommendation
within the specified period, the City Council may
vote to proceed with a Public Hearing on the
application without a recommendation from the
Planning Commission.
