1. Prior to the filing of a rezoning or special use application, the owner or his representative is encouraged
but not required to schedule a Pre-Application Conference with the Planning and Development

Article Eleven. Procedures and Permits
Department Staff to review the feasibility of the
proposed project in terms of its consistency with the
land use plan, surrounding uses and zonings, and the
adequacy of existing or public planned facilities. The
owner is to provide the following information for
consideration at this conference:
a. A sketch plan showing the location and
acreage of the project and the proposed
layout of the streets and uses in relation to
existing natural and man-made conditions.
This plan may be a free-hand sketch made
on a copy of a topographic map.
b. Proposed uses.

Identification of proposed method of water
supply and sewage disposal.
2. Following the pre-application conference, the owner
may file a rezoning or special use application, as
appropriate, and supporting materials as outlined in
this Division.
