Inspections to Ensure Plan Compliance During Construction

Text
Periodic inspections of the stormwater management system during construction shall be conducted by the staff of
the City of Duluth or conducted and certified by a professional engineer who has been approved by the City of
Duluth. Inspections shall use the approved stormwater management plan and the construction sequencing plan for
establishing compliance. All inspections shall be documented with written reports that contain the following
information:
1. The date and location of the inspection;
a. Whether the stormwater management system is in compliance with the approved stormwater
management plan;
b. Variations from the approved stormwater management plan; and
c.
Any other variations or violations of the conditions of the approved stormwater management
plan.
