Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. 905.01. Complete Streets Standards
The purpose of this Section is to assure that new roadway construction and existing roadway improvement
projects on City of Duluth roadways include consideration for adequate infrastructure, where appropriate and
feasible, for bicyclists, pedestrians, users of public transit of all ages and abilities, vehicles and the physically
disabled.
