Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. ## Text

1. All corners shall be marked with an iron rebar or pin, at least ½ inch in diameter and 18 inches long and
driven into the ground so as to extend no less than one inch above the finished grade.
2. On subdivisions containing floodplains, flood elevation references shall be set in accordance with the
requirements of the Flood Damage Prevention section of the Environmental Protection Article of this
Development Code.
