Tree Survey Inspection

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. ## Text

Following the receipt of the completed tree removal application and supporting data, the Planning and
Development Director or his/her designee shall schedule and conduct an inspection of the proposed development
site. The applicant or his/her designee shall be advised as to the date and time of the inspection and given an
opportunity to participate. Following inspections, the Planning and Development Director, consistent with the
purposes of this Development Code, shall advise the applicant of any recommended changes in the applicant’s
proposed tree removal, protection or replanting plans.
