Ten-Foot-Wide Landscape Strip

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. said strip as follows:

1. One tree for each 25 linear feet of strip length shall be provided.
2. Four shrubs for each 25 linear feet of strip length shall be provided.
3. The remaining ground area shall be sodded, seeded or hydro seeded with grass, and/or planted
with groundcover species and/or provided with other landscaping material, or any combination
thereof.
