City of Duluth Tree Species List

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

The official City of Duluth Tree Species List shall be referred to in various sections of this Article and is incorporated
herein by reference. The Director of Planning and Development shall be responsible for notifying the Mayor and
Council of changes to the contents of the list. The original of said City of Duluth Tree Species List and all changes
thereto shall be on file and available for public inspection in the Planning and Development Office.
