Entrances to Un-Subdivided Developments

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

In addition to any principal freestanding signage allowed on a lot, if any, a multi-family development or a
residential or non-residential condominium project may contain project entrance signs as follows: a single or a dual
project entrance sign installation is allowed at any entrance into the development from an adjoining street outside
the development, in accordance with the provisions for such signs on Table 6-D.
