Entrances to Subdivisions

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

under Section 604.03(a), if the lot is a corner lot located at an entrance into any residential or non-
residential subdivision, then such lot may contain no more than one permanent project entrance sign for
the subdivision in accordance with the provisions for such signs on Table 6-D.

If a dual sign installation is planned, one project entrance sign may be placed on each corner lot flanking
the entrance.
