Nonresidential Owner’s Association

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

For any nonresidential development that is subdivided into two or more separate parcels, such as an office park,
and that contains common open space, a natural resource easement, a conservation easement or other lands or
structures in common ownership, an association of the property owners that is consistent with the pertinent
requirements for a homeowners’ association, above, shall be required.
