# Duluth UDC § 405.02

Prohibition on Travel in Residential Subdivisions

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

No heavy truck (those with a weight class of 7 or higher) shall enter, travel, or park on a street in a residential
subdivision in the City of Duluth, except for the purpose of delivering goods to houses or points within such
residential subdivision for short periods of time during daylight hours.
