# Duluth UDC § 342.05

Allowed Zoning Districts

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

a. If it is adequately demonstrated that antenna collocation, as required in this Section, is not possible for a

given geographic antenna placement area, constructing a new tower, including placement of additional
buildings or other supporting equipment used in connection with said tower or antenna, may be allowed
in the following zoning districts upon Special Use approval by City Council: M-1, M-2, C-1, C-2, HC-Retail,
HC-Auto, PUD, O-I and RA-200.
b. Collocation, as described in Section Sec. 342.04, shall be allowed in the following zoning districts: M-1, M-

2, C-1, C-2, HC-Retail, HC-Auto, PUD, O-I and RA-200.
