Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. 319.01. Child and Group Day Care Centers
Playground equipment visible from a public road must be screened from view using a solid wood fence a minimum
of 6 feet in height or a combination of chain link fence and landscaping, or berm, or shall otherwise conform to
state requirements.
