Animal Production

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

a. No structure housing poultry or other livestock shall be located closer than 200 feet to any property line.
b. For the keeping of bees, bee hives and associated structures must be 10’ from any interior property line

and 20’ from any rear property line. No bee hives or associated structures are allowed within an exterior
side yard or front yard.
