Alcoholic Beverage Sales

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. An establishment that sells alcoholic beverages shall be subject to the location requirements and all other rules
and requirements of the City of Duluth Code of Ordinances, Alcoholic Beverage Consumption, Licensing and
Regulations, as well as all other current and future pertinent local, state, and federal ordinances.
