Standards for Single-Family Detached and Single-Family Attached Dwellings

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

Dwellings
All single-family detached dwellings and single-family attached dwellings shall meet or exceed the following
requirements in order to be constructed or assembled within the City of Duluth with the exception of dwellings
constructed in the Central Business District (CBD) or the Downtown Overlay District (DOD) which shall be governed
by Section 204.16.
