Maintenance

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

a. Lighting fixtures and ancillary equipment shall be maintained so as to always meet the requirements of

this Development Code.
b. The property owner shall maintain light fixtures and ensure they are operational at all times in perpetuity.

If the light fixture is not operational and the property owner does not want to maintain it, then they shall
remove it within 30 days from the time the light fixture becomes nonoperational.
