# Duluth UDC § 204.10

C-1 Neighborhood Business District

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

The C-1 District is intended to define residential neighborhoods with convenient shopping and service facilities not
to exceed 2,500 square feet. Allowed uses include those businesses and services that are desired by nearby
residents on a day-to-day basis and that are compatible with the neighborhood commercial character of the
district.
