R-TH. Residential Townhouse District

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

The R-TH zoning district is intended for fee-simple townhouse dwellings with a maximum density of 8 units per
acre in areas where public water supply and sewerage facilities are available or can be obtained and where there is
convenient access to collector streets and major thoroughfares. This zoning district is intended exclusively for
townhouse dwelling units, customary accessory uses and structures.
