The incorporated area of the City of Duluth, Georgia is hereby divided into zoning districts, as shown on the Official
Zoning Map of the City of Duluth, Georgia which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, and accompanying
pages, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this Code.
