Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. The Planning Commission shall review the proposed annexation and shall report its recommendation for zoning of
the property or properties involved to the City Council within 30 days of the request for a recommendation.
