Schedules and Fees

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

1. From time to time, the City Council may adopt fees for the issuance of permits, the submission of
applications, and such other activities and authorizations as regulated by this Development Code, and
may adopt schedules of dates, times and places as appropriate and necessary to regulate the application,
review and public hearing processes required by this Development Code.
2. The schedule of fees shall be available in the Planning and Development Department office and may be
altered or amended only by the City Council.
3. Until all applicable fees have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application, permit or
appeal.
