Officers

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall elect one of its members, other than the member of the Planning Commission,
as Chairman, a second one as Vice-Chairman, and a third as Secretary. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary
shall serve one year in those capacities or until re-elected or until successors are elected. The City Council may
delegate the administrative and record keeping duties of the Zoning Board of Appeals to an employee of the City
of Duluth.
