1302.01. Duluth Planning Commission: Creation, Membership, Appointment and Terms of Office
1. The Planning Commission is hereby established, which shall consist of five members and one alternate, all
of whom shall be residents of the City of Duluth or the owner or operator of a business located within the
City of Duluth, provided the business is current in the payment of its City Occupational Tax and all other
payments due to the City.,
