Procedure

**Governing jurisdiction: Duluth.** A "Duluth, GA" mailing address is usually NOT in the City of Duluth. Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. Resolve the governing jurisdiction before answering any zoning question.

## Text

1. The Planning Commission shall adopt rules necessary to the conduct of its affairs and in keeping with the
provisions of this Development Code. All meetings shall be open to the public.
2. The Planning Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon
each question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact, and shall keep record of its examination
and other official actions, all of which shall be a public record and be immediately filed in the Planning and
Development Department.
