Director of Planning and Development

Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. ## Text

It shall be the duty of the Director of the Planning and Development Department who is hereby given authority to
administer and enforce the provisions of this Development Code. The Director shall be such individual appointed
by the City Council. Such person shall be an employee of the City of Duluth.
