Maintenance Warranty

Unincorporated Gwinnett is 67.3% of the county's land area and is governed by a different code, a different board and a different permit portal. The owner shall be responsible for the full cost of maintenance after completion of all improvements required by
this Development Code, whether public or private, in accordance with the Development Performance and
Maintenance Agreement for the project and the provisions of this Section.
